Hands-free dictation toggle via FN key + smarter speech-to-text formatting

It would be nice to allow the dictation tool to have a hands‑free option by pressing the function key once to start dictation, then speech‑to‑text, and pressing the FN function again to type it out. That would be cool. Another thing is that speech‑to‑text currently doesn't paraphrase properly; it doesn't handle list items, ordered lists, bullet points, or spacing properly.

Currently, it does not allow you to use only the function key as a single key for toggling. It requires you to add an additional key, but it would be cool to allow the function key to be the hands-free dictation toggle.
